"JavaScript in TYPO3 Backend" is in menu, but clicking on it results in 404 (v11)

Current behavior

1. https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/11.5/en-us/ApiOverview/Backend/
2. click on "JavaScript in TYPO3 Backend"
3. results in 404 (page not found)

Expected behavior/output

No 404
