Added a Password Generator Webpage code for HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT

Hello There,
I have added a code for the html , CSS and JavaScript for the password generator . this can generate a from 4 to 18 character according to the user requirement and it also have a option for the user to make the type of the password he require ie only character , only integer value or both integer and character mix.
