Tantalum 5 release strategy

Main release will be a zip file: e.g. Tantalum5-5.0.0
It will contain source code for the library (that must be add-able directly to third party projects). By default, the source code has all the debugging enabled.
It will also contain release mode .jar file that can be added to the project when making "final" releases of third party apps
It will also contain standalone midlet that runs unit/regression tests for the libary
