Assign a shortcut to a script from "Manage Scripts" window #432

Manually editing scripts to assign a shortcut to it is counterintuitive. It
also increases a chance to accidentally break the script.

This functionality should be a part of the "Manage Scripts" window.

Agreed. Implementation-wise, this will (probably) need some quite extensive
redesign of the code (note that this problem doesn't only affect scripts, but
all other menu items as well). So this will only be addressable in a bigger
scope, and therefore not before the 0.4 release.
