Ok, so unfortunately I'm going to have to deprecate this provider. This branch was updated to use the DLL provided by Klarna, however that DLL has been deprecated and the only alternative is built in .NET Core which can run in regular .NET, but requires a minimum .NET version number we can't upgrade to at the moment. Because of this we are going to remove this payment provider, but leave this branch here so that if someone does want to use this deprecated approach, they can, but unfortunately we can't support it in core. |

Update to the Klarna payment provider to use the newer v3 API (Currently un-tested)
