[BUG] Incorrect operation of photovoltaic modules

Current Behavior

Photovoltaic modules work part-time on a sunny day. They work only from 3:00 to 7:30 on Minecraft time.
'enderio:pulsating_photovoltaic_module' - Pulsating photovoltaic module
'enderio:vibrant_photovoltaic_module' - Vibrant photovoltaic module
'enderio:energetic_photovoltaic_module' - Energetic photovoltaic module

Expected Behavior

Photovoltaic modules should work full sunny day. And also all the energy stored in them must be transferred at any time.

Steps To Reproduce

I think everything is clear here. Just put the panel later than 7:30 on Minecraft time and you will see that the panel stops generating energy.
