[BUG] Removing logging always says whatever channel mod_logs are assigned to

Describe the bug
When removing logging, the bot reports that logging for <type> was removed from a channel, but the channel is always whatever mod_logs is assigned to instead of for the log type being removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure mod logs to a channel
2. Configure another type of logging to a different channel
3. Remove the second type of logging
4. See bot response

Expected behavior
The bot reports the type of logging being disabled and correctly reports the channel it had been configured to
