Different appearance for statements with 'Undecidable' verdict and statements with no verdict #338

At first, it made sense to have the same appearance, since 'no verdict' is very similar to 'undecidable', aka 'no verdict, never'. But since some politicians might collect lots of 'undecidable' statements (because they do not document properly their work), then all undecidable statements should be clearly visible.
