Requesting Dearrow feature

Feature description

Can you please replicate the same feature which piped has on its website, it is called dearrow. It basically replaces all the clickbait thumbnails and the titles to a more appropriate ones.

Why do you want this feature?

It prevents users from getting clicked baited

That feature I think is based around displaying a still from the video, either from start, middle or end, instead of the user uploaded thumbnail, right?

DeArrow is ... for crowdsourcing better titles and thumbnails on YouTube. The goal is to make titles accurate and reduce sensationalism.

Titles can be any arbitrary text. Thumbnails are screenshots from specific timestamps in the video. These are user submitted and voted on. By default, if there are no submissions, it will format the original title to the user-specified format, and set a screenshot from a random timestamp as the thumbnail.
