[Multiservices] Different feed pages

• I carefully read the contribution guidelines and agree to them.
• I checked if the issue/feature exists in the latest version.

We definetively need to make different feed pages and different subscribe pages.
When i tried the beta, i didnt understood first that the souncloud section was real (i though it just was like youtube but in orange, just the beginning of the work btw)
So we really need to have to feed different feed pages, one for youtube (in the ytb section ) and another for soundcloud. Because for the moment, my YouTube subscriptions are also in my souncloud sub page (so i can click on a video and i go to an orange version on youtube)
I think the user need to underdtand more in which section he is, maybe you should change more things than only the color (for example, the trend icon could be changed for a soundcloud icon)

Btw i just noticed that nothing belonging to soundcloud appears in the SC feed page, only youtube*
