Which one is this? Wifi or mobile data? What happens if you use the other one? Are you able to change your IP address and test this?

Good suggestion. The issue doesn't occur when I am using mobile data (though the downloads are very slow by comparison). What does that mean? Is my home WiFi to blame? Some setting that needs to be changed?

I will try this on a different WiFi network and report back if the same issue persists.

Are you able to change the IP on your home wifi? That's the most straightforward debugging step. If you're behind a CGNAT, it's possible that simply restarting your modem will be enough to change IP.
