30kbps audio stream isnt available for download

Feature description

There is a newer 30kbps opus stream 600 available now along with 249, 250 and 251.
Newpipe only provides the later three. It is my humble request to add 600.

Why do you want this feature?

It allows me to download hours long audiobooks in a much affordable size.
