Not Implemented: Messaging multiple people at once

Messaging multiple people is not implemented on TS5 Servers.

I'd like to recommend an improvement over this feature, which would make me actually switch from ts3 to ts5 client as a server admin.

Add a permission (so it's only available to specific server groups) and maybe also a client toggle

To mass-message/mass-poke all clients with one click.

Currently in ts5 server admin has to manually select each client by hand and then poke them, making it very tedious process, as usually its either poking the specific person or all of people on the server.

This is how it's handled in (now outdated) ts3 plugin, which makes a world of a difference in quick and efficient server management. Sadly since no ts3 plugins can be updated or uploaded as updated and with their source code unavailable, this plugin cannot be used with ts3 newer than 3.5.6, since the plugin API version changed and ts3 refuses to allow the plugin.

Having this implemented in some way in ts5, would allow me to switch to ts5 client as an admin completely and looks like we're very close to achieving this here.
