The client does ignore the Permission: b_client_channel_textmessage_send on TS5 servers [Server beta-58rc8] which leads to the problem, that you cannot disable the channel chat for example for the entrance hall or an AFK channel.

This is not implemented yet.
But we plan to add this during open beta phase.
