We don't have a vanilla sw1pers implementation in teaspoon, at least not anywhere that I can find. The ACRES 21 REU students coded it up as part of their summer project, the repo is here: https://github.com/sdb2139/tsp-pipeline

That code needs to be checked, cleaned up, and documented and pulled into teaspoon.
