I could've sworn this worked in earlier versions, so maybe it's not been ported yet, or i'm doing something wrong, or i'm just hallucinating, but it'd be really useful if we could import programmed patterns into the Multiblock Crafter. I tried hooking it up via a Refined Storage item exporter, and a Mekanism basic logistical transporter, but no dice.

It'd be really cool if i could program patterns anywhere in my base, drop them into an ender-chest or back into my network, and have them import into the multiblock without me having to run to and fro every time.

versions:
Minecraft: 1.18.2
Reborn Storage: 1.18.2-4.0.12
Refined Storage:1.10.3

I took this ability away as the inventory can get really large and cause a lot of lag with some pipes, currently I have no plans on putting this back, however some sort of remote access would be possible

That seems pretty reasonable. As a thought, maybe a 'Pattern Importer' could be implemented? A single block that takes the place of a heat sink, with a 1-stack inventory, that just accepts programmed patterns and passes them into the machine proper. Other mods would see it as an empty inventory with 1 stack of space, which I think should help prevent the lag issues?

Not a bad idea, Will look into it

So i might be quite late on that, but cant you remotely access it via the Crafter Manager already?
