Municipal government code enforcement and occupancy permitting web-app system developed by Technology Rediscovery LLC based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and funded by public dollars secured by the Turtle Creek Valley Council of Governments.
COGConnect is currently in mid-phase beta testing with active use by three municipal governments in the Turtle Creek Valley with plans to welcome in between two and four additional towns before the end of summer 2019.
