Find a better way to visualize what I do and what I'm interested in improving.

The graph was fine a few years ago, but focuses on hard skills and suggests that I'm not fully proficient in these areas (like... then why am I talking about it on my site anyway?). It's also a little pompous to rate myself, especially since I'm more interested in soft skills these days and it's really hard to assign a number. link
