Misplaced Notifications

I have been unable to view any notifications since before version 2.0.20 I think.
It was temporarily fixed in 2.0.21 but went away when I finally started getting the popup desktop notifications in the following update 2.0.22
It still shows the bubble with a number of notifications but when checked it gives the loading error that my notifications have been misplaced & I have to navigate to the website to view them.

I use AniMouto on 3 computers & have the same issue with them all. Ive removed all filters/settings that would "limit" notifications, logged out of all but 1, Ive tested between different browsers. Im not sure if it's my account but there is definitely a bug somewhere in the process for me.
