MergeLists has the same stableId Crash & Missing messages. （duplicate group ids）

Description

Grouped messages have been split apart
MergeLists has the same stableId Crash
The submission of "Filter duplicate group ids" resulted in messages being missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Send a grouped message first.
2.Then send another grouped message.
3.Disconnect from the network at this point.
4.Then send another grouped message.

I suspect that the updated timestamp received during the sending of grouped messages is causing this issue.
