*.m4a file not playing inside telegram on iphone

telegram for ios refuses to play ALAC music, Apple's native format on the iPhone itself. those. when you click the file icon in the cart chat, the playback animation turns on, but at the same time SILENCE!
(The same file is played in the client for Windows desktop. Miracles.)

Steps to Reproduce

1. download archive https://www.upload.ee/files/14054450/1111111111.rar.html
2. unpack the file and drag it to any telegram chat FOR IOS!
3. open it on the ios telegram client (namely ios! other platforms are not affected by the bug)
4. listen to silence instead of music.

App version: the last three versions of telegram for ios, since I discovered the bug.including current version: 8.7.1
