Insight Editor Issue

I'm having an issue while editing an insiqht.

No data is counted for a signal type that definitely exists (plenty of them) in the data. In this example it sees no records for that signal type, actually what I'd like to do is a topN by the "client" metadata field, but that also doesn't work.
