这个功能解决了什么问题

目前每次打开 select 后都是从第一项开始选择，当列表项目过多时体验不太友好

你建议的方案是什么

当有 value 且列表项可滚动时，下拉展开时自动定位到对应的 option 位置方便二次操作
建议改成定位到对应的 option 位置，对应的 option 默认出现在可见区域的最后一项
