Tendrl API should use the 'enabled' attribute defined in the definitions yaml files to allow enabled requests only.

Please ensure "enabled" is respected on "Flows" too along with "objects"

I feel not only GET but apis should be exposed only if enabled is set to true. Thats my understanding of this field.
