- Added an API for instantiating an instance of the Mods screen

- Mods and Libraries are now split into individual mod counts inside the Mods screen
- Libraries (and Minecraft) are no longer included in the count on the Mods button
- The Configure button now has a tooltip in case the gear icon wasn't obvious enough
- The API now supports mods adding config screen factories to other mods, as well as the old API method is now deprecated and replaced by a new one using a custom factory type.
