打包后发现占据空间过大，发现是由于乡镇数据过大，但我只需要到区，有什么可优化的方法吗 #26

需求要录入行政区划，但发现打包后和elementUi基本一个体积，过大。只用到区的数据，有什么优化方法吗。顺便提一个优化点，在接受参数时，能否接受字符串，将它的省市区补全。自己写了区分直辖市的0替换，但这样太粗糙了

有计划做一个只有 省、市、区 三级的精简版，不过疫情反而导致了工作更加繁忙，所以有可能等 Vue3 正式版发布后一次性整个精简版本
