Venetian settlement error

I thought I would give Venice a go after avoiding him for sometime. The setup is using only Communitas, CSD, my minor UnitAdjustments and the EUI mods.

The placement put him in the middle of a continent next to 2 lakes and his ship on a land tile to the east.
