[Suggestion] Add support for Skin links / Local skins #2

Essentially title, would be nice to have skins loaded from a link, would allow things like imgur or minecraftskins to be used.

Local skins would also be helpful, even if it would require the skin to be on server (+? client).

Actually you can use link skins you need to change the skin in the personas/yourfile
