Add project configuration files

Describe the solution you'd like
Change project structure to match Maven standards, rename packages to match Java naming convention (all in lower case) and format the code (NetBeans formatter).

I'm not sure about the ant build files, but let's see how it goes

Yeah, I'm thinking it's probably better to use Maven.
