Bird Monitor continues to record when logged out.

I set up a Bird Monitor called b0003 (for testing) for a customer. I logged out of it, but hadn't disabled recording. It continued to make and upload recordings. I think recordings should be disabled when you log out & the phone should no longer be associated with that device name.
