Boat sounds help

Hi. I'm sorry to open this thread as an issue, but I cannot find another way for help. Me and my friend got the truck sounds working, and now we are struggling to add boat sounds. We understand the Audacity and converter part, but we don`t really understand the accelerating part. Is this a different sound? does it speed up the sound? we have to add a idle sound as well as an accelerating sound? Please help :D Kind regards,
