Hi @Abbimation I am indeed seeing the default frog is having some black in Eevee specifically, due to blend mode being set to Opaque. We'll fix this in an upcoming release, in the meantime just hit this update:

I've fixed this locally so it'll be included in the next MCprep version (I had to save a 2.80 version of the file, since the actual source is intentionally saved in blender 2.79 which is before Eevee and thus before the blend mode options are available). Other rigs are less affected by this transparency issue as the assumption is you'd run "prep materials", but the frog has a custom shader linked to the rig, so prep materials is turned off by default for this mob.

The other thing we (could) have done is loop cut the feet and delete outright the non feet faces, but I just went for the solution above in the meantime. Will close once the next release is close to being out.
