When starting up the application with TB already opened and another window active, or when TB launches another window that is not the main window on startup first, Windows will assume the other window is the "MainWindow" and thus attach the application to that.

Currently, I don't know of a way to fix this. I suspect I will have to dig through all open windows by the Thunderbird process and use some name matching or heuristics with window sizes to determine which one is the real "MainWindow".

I have developed a solution, would need a non-english locale computer to test it to see if the window title matching works across locales.

I'm going to assume this works for now, if anyone wants to say otherwise, reopen this.
