Importing data in ctomerodev using Project: script_test and Dataset: test1 and specifying user: ratame imported data into an existing Project: script_test and Dataset: test1 for user djme.

As an addendum, importing with Project: script_test and Dataset: test2 still placed the new dataset into the existing Project: script_test from djme.

related to #17 - we should probably make ownership checks and create new entities with the same name when necessary
