The font "tf2modified.ttf" seems to lack support for a lot of special characters

Can be noticed when inspecting players with names that uses a cyrcillic or other such non-regular characters, they display as empty space.
As seen here the name on the scoreboard displays fine, but the bottom left big player name doesn't:

I can see little pieces of the character at the top and bottom of the box, maybe it's just set up such that it ends up out of bounds for those characters?
