GameMaster counts up to 60 minutes, and then splits out the hours at 1:01:00 #6

For some reason that I can't think of right now, GameMaster will count from 59 minutes to 60:00, and continue reading 60:00, all the way until 1:01:00. I assume this is just a division issue, but it can't hurt to take a look. The output is also wrong, so it's a bigger deal than I was hoping for.

All done and dusted, I've got multiple testers and multiple machines confirming this is fixed with the latest builds.
