This is an issue I opened some years ago on PPSSPP's git for glitches almost identical which we have here now in Monster Hunter games:
hrydgard/ppsspp#9895

As Henrik said, this is the commit in which reverse-z was fixed
hrydgard/ppsspp#10086

Might help towards fixing some glitches, keep it up!
