h-encore stuck at white screen

Hi, I am trying to downgrade my firmware from 3.73 to 3.60 and was following the instructions on this site: https://www.hyperadvisor.net/post/ps-vita-hacking-3-73-downgrade-3-60-enso-henkaku-firmware
The instructions there are missing steps when comes to h-encore. They just say to download and unzip and then later expect qcma to see h-encore to copy it to the Vita! So, to be able to get to step 5 of their instructions I followed your instructions to install h-encore and got to step 12 without issues.

The problem I have is that when I run the h-encore app on my Vita, after the trophy warning I just get the white screen. No purple screen then menu. I have even left it sitting for a good 10 minutes keeping the Vita running by touching the screen every time it dims.

Any suggestions?
