it's the small things that matter
The old background was anything but seamless, and it also used an old screenshot. This one uses modern shaders, the updated resource pack, and proper editing techniques (including making a cuboid screenshot and splitting it into 6 parts) to make a nicer one, because it's nice to have new things time to time.

hey you awesome people. I realize i'm not a part of the resource pack team but I took these screenshots for the menu background and thought I'd share anyway. Nice to have something new, y'know? anyway, you wouldn't hurt my feelings if you rejected this PR, but I thought i'd go ahead and make it anyway.
