[Question] Where is the adjust_cursor task suposed to move the cursor to?

Column wise, I can see that it only moves the cursor for 106 (since it's the only refactor that modifies the cursor_col_adjustment field).

Row wise, I understand that it has something to do with the texts edits being aplied, but I don't fully understand what the code for getting how many rows should the cursor move does.

Also, should the same visual selection with the cursor on oposite sides of it move the cursor to the same location? I'm guessing that no, but I'm not completely sure.
