TLDR: subj

Expected Behavior:

  • Sidebar for Mods has Create Forum Announcement
  • Clicking it opens similar to Admin's Site-Wide Announcement
  • Saving it creates announcement visible only in that forum

Actual Behaviour:

  • no such option exists, although looks like it should be relatively simple to do
