Allowance for a critial humidity sensor #175

If you have a sensor at the critical point, I don't think you would need The comfortable humidity doesn't factor into the critical humidity except to avoid exceeding the mold (or condensation) level at the critical point by introducing humidity at the not critical point. This means it must be calculated value to figure out that 'the optimal humidity cause mold' and back it down, as it is, in essence, a prediction, not the actual value that matters. |

I guess I should ask @NotExpectedYet , are you also using my blueprint? I could see this as a feature there. |

Hello! Firstly thank you for this integration. I'm currently controlling the morning condensation on my windows with your mold alert and optimal set points and it's been working well so far. My house has gone from an average of 60-70% humidity down to 40-55% which is amazing, the dehumidifiers are barely on as well.
I was wondering if it would be possible to define a critial humidity sensor as well as temp, I gather this could replace the need for the calculation at the critical point.
Most of my sensors are all temperature and humidity so makes sense to me to utilise a real sensor for that rather than a calculation. I'm no maths wizard, nor thermodynamics expert mind but I've noticed the calculation is generally above what I measure at the window.
