Gateway API Keys Management

Summary

Add support for managing API keys for gateways in the console.
It should be similar to the application API keys management.

Why do we need this?

The users have to manage gateway api keys

What is already there? What do you see now?

• The ApiKeys service in the sdk.
• The <ApiKeyModal /> component
• API:
  • Exactly the same as for application, but in the GatewayAccess, see Application api keys management #142

What is missing? What do you want to see?

• Methods in the Gateways service in the js sdk to deal with API keys
• The API Key add page
• Actual sdk usage in the console for api keys

Similar to how it is already implemented for applications.
