#29 was a bug for poorly handled dos line endings. I put in a quick fix, but it would be nice to handle this better someday. vim for example detects the file format and makes sure the file is saved with proper line endings. Right now it's really easy to save a file with mixed endings and DOS files are displayed full of ? characters for the \rs.
