Should be:

Если Metamask установлен, но не загружен:
"Пожалуйста, войдите в MetaMask"
Если Metamask вообще не установлен:
"Пожалуйста, установите MetaMask (ссылка)"

и еще лучше это не диалогом показывать, а сделать отдельные страницы вроде:
/metamask_not_installed
/metamask_not_logged
