That looks like a giant button with a call to action on it.
The styling is definitely used for section headings on the Insight stream, and presumably will be in other app areas, but in the wider web design context, that's much more commonly "button" styling.

Consider re-phrasing as "Updating …" or something.

I think changing "Update" to "Updating" should be sufficient
