Sounds like the insight text should be something like:
[link]Angelina Jolie[/link]'s video [link]XYZ[/link] was viewed [bold]3,567 times[/bold], triple the 7-day average.
This one can use standard spike/high prefix text that we use for retweets/replies. If it's not a new 7/30/365 day record, it could be something like "Viral video:"
This YouTube insight will alert the user when one of their videos receives a higher than average number of views or a new all time record.

I plan to display the insight with text saying:
"Video X was viewed Y% of the way through on average, Z% less than your monthly / all time average "
and a bar graph showing the average views and the views for this video.
