Explore making this easier to embed / use elsewhere

Problem 1: I want the latest changelog entry to always be in, say, my readme
Problem 2: I want to just leverage the work changelogs.xyz has on my docs site

Thought idea 1: Have a ?embed view of the page that is just the loader and the found changelogs sections. Security risks, added complexity
Thought idea 2: Have an API on a subdomain (api.changelogs.xyz) that returns the markdown of your query, then you can display the markdown as you wish.

Both may be more work than we have as time for this project atm
