Again, like gawk.  Possibly mktime(), but probably systime() as well.

Dominic Letz sent a patch for this 2011/12/12, which I overlooked.

The change has been applied (fixing an error with the UTC parameter),
and adding system and mktime.  Those will be in the next release.
