[BUG]: Logistical Sorter stacks items it shouldent

Describe the bug

If you set the minimum stack size in a Logistical Sorter Item Filter to a number higher than the normal maximum stack size of any item, it will stack them anyway

To Reproduce

Expected behavior

Either only send maximum item stack size or send multiple items to meet minimum stack filter setting
